COVID-19 RESPONSE
The health and safety of our members has always been a top-priority. With the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19), we have increased measures and precautions to ensure that we provide you a clean and safe space to train. In accordance with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and local health regulations, we have implemented the following procedures:
-
Employees have been trained in the current COVID-19 health and workplace guidelines, such as hand hygiene and cleaning protocols..
-
Employees who have symptoms (i.e., fever, cough, or shortness of breath) are required to stay home and follow the CDC guidelines regarding testing and home isolation for suspected or confirmed COVID infections. Employees must be cleared by a medical provider before returning to work.
-
Members who have symptoms (i.e., fever, cough, or shortness of breath) are encouraged to stay home and follow the CDC Recommended Precautions. Please see a Hit Fit Staff Member about rescheduling your training session.
-
Hit Fit Training Center staff provides touchless check-in for members when they arrive for their session.
-
Employees and members must wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol before, during and after each training session.
-
All exercise equipment and frequently touched surfaces are routinely cleaned AND disinfected. Equipment is wiped with disinfectant before and after usage.

Class sizes are limited to 10 persons to allow for social distancing when possible.
-
Members are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat.
